Project agreements

Scope, deliverables, schedule, fees, revisions, and ownership are governed by the written proposal or service agreement accepted for each project.

Payments

Invoices and deposits are payable through the secure client portal. Deposits reserve production time and are applied as stated in the applicable agreement.

Hosting and renewals

Managed hosting terms, renewal dates, and included services appear in the client portal or applicable agreement.

Cancellations and refunds

Refunds are handled according to the applicable project agreement and work already completed. Contact HQ Media promptly with any billing concern.
